Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Planning and forecasting of dispatches, sales and collection on pre-defined periods at the relevant market
- Achieve targeted collection and outstanding
- Capture the opportunities by regular market visit and market development.
- Optimize sales in high contribution areas by formulating strategies to give long term returns.
- Adherence of policies to establish the pricing structure (Distributor and Retail Price) in the market place.
- Continuously monitor distributor / retailer performance and suggest & implement alternate course of action
- Adherence of sales policies and procedures
- Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty through BU indicators, propose and implement the necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure consistency of market demand and production forecast in his/her area.
- Timely communication to distributors / channel members about price, schemes etc.
- Coordinate and liaise with the Customer support department to assist in trouble shooting on critical cement / concrete related problems of our customers.
- Network Expansion (Market study, new dealer search, justify & evaluation).
- Report preparation likely market share, Competitor activities tracking.
- Dealer manpower training for better customer service and sales increase.
- Working on Sale Operations to effectively manage the business & achieve/exceed targets.
- In cooperation with Finance, monitor customer solvency and control the application of credit terms and conditions.
Training & Specialization
- Proficiency in MS Office and Communicaiton
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field relating to Business Administration, MBA preferred.
